OLLM Partners with AILO AI and MBK Holding to Launch Qatar and Europe's First Confidential AI Factories

A Landmark Partnership for the Future of AI

Today at the World Summit AI in Doha, Qatar, a landmark partnership was announced between AILO AI Infra LTD ("AILO AI"), a European leader in sustainable AI infrastructure, MBK Holding ("MBK"), a leading Qatari investment firm, and OLLM.COM LLC ("OLLM"). The joint venture will purpose-build Qatar's and Europe's first Confidential AI Factories (AiloLLM AI Factories), with OLLM secured as the founding client.

This initiative marks a significant milestone in the adoption of confidential computing, an advanced security model that encrypts data while it is being processed. The state-of-the-art datacenters, funded by MBK Holding and built by AILO AI, will be specifically engineered for sovereign confidential AI compute.

A Commitment to Scale and Sustainability

As part of the agreement, OLLM will offtake up to 35 megawatts (MW) of confidential compute capacity once the facilities are operational. This commitment, valued at $183 million for the initial 12 MW capacity in the first phase, validates the significant market demand for secure, verifiable, and private AI infrastructure.

The capacity will ultimately scale to 100 megawatts (MW) between 2027 and 2028 on both sites in Norway and Qatar, which will be valued at $1.5 billion.

The "AiloLLM AI Factory" in Norway will feature state-of-the-art climate-aligned computing infrastructures, using 100% sustainable hydro energy. These modular, energy- and water-efficient solutions are designed to address the unique demands of AI workloads, reducing both environmental impact and operational costs.
